Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya is offering undergraduate admissions for the academic year 2025-26 in various disciplines of Agriculture and Allied Sciences under the ICAR quota through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-ICAR UG) 2025.

Admission to UG programmes is conducted only through CUET (ICAR-UG) 2025.

Candidates must:

• Appear in CUET (ICAR-UG) 2025 with eligible subject combinations.
• Secure non-zero positive marks to qualify for counselling.
• Fulfill 10+2 subject eligibility as mentioned in the ICAR seat matrix.

Step 2: Choice Filling

• Visit the website (Link is given below) and log in with credentials.
• Pay ₹500 counselling registration fee.
• Fill and lock preferred choices including.
• Only eligible courses will be visible as per the CUET subjects and 10+2 qualifications.
• Submit before Last date for choice filling.

Step 3: Seat Allotment & Document Upload

• First round seat allotment
• If allotted a seat in Preferred University:

o    Upload all required documents.

o    Respond to university queries (if any).

o    Pay Seat Acceptance Fee of ₹10,000 (Tentative) online to confirm the seat.

Step 4: Online Verification by University

• University verifies uploaded documents.
• Candidates must re-submit documents promptly if asked.
• On verification and fee payment, students get a Provisional Admission Letter.

Step 5: Upgradation Option (Optional)

• Candidates can opt for upgradation in rounds 1–3.
• If upgraded, the previous allotment is automatically cancelled.

Step 6: Final Physical Reporting

·         After the final allotment:

o    Report to the University on the specified date.

o    Submit original documents.

o    Pay the remaining course fee (Seat Acceptance Fee is adjusted).

Important Notes

• Admission is merit-based and strictly via ICAR online counselling.
• University does not accept direct applications under ICAR quota.
• No migration or programme transfer is permitted after counselling.
• Refunds (after ₹1,000 deduction) are allowed only till round 4 withdrawal deadlines.
• National Talent Scholarship (₹3,000/month) is available for out-of-state ICAR students.
