Tripura PSC Medical Officer (Dental) Vacancy 2025
- Total Posts: 06 (UR: 05 including 02 Women & 01 Ex-Serviceman, ST: 01)
- Nature of Post: Permanent
Educational Qualification
- Essential: A recognized Dental qualification included in Part-I & III of the Dentist Act, 1948.
- Preferable:
- Recognized Post-Graduate Degree in Dentistry.
- Working knowledge of Bengali/Kokborok.
Age Limit (as on 10.10.2025)
- Maximum: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/PH Candidates & Govt. Servants – 5 years
- Govt. employees belonging to SC/ST/PH will not get double relaxation.
Application Fee
- Group-A (Gazetted) Posts:
- General: ₹400/-
- SC/ST/BPL/PH: ₹350/-
- Fee is non-refundable.
Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:
1. Written Examination (85 Marks)
o Part A: General Knowledge & Current Affairs – 10% (≈9 questions)
o Part B: Basic Science Subjects – 20% (≈17 questions)
o Part C: Dental Specialty Subjects – 70% (≈59 questions)
o Based on NEET MDS 2022 Syllabus.
2. Personality Test / Interview (15 Marks)
o To assess candidate’s intellectual ability, social traits, leadership, judgment, and moral integrity.
📌 Final selection will be based on Written Exam + Personality Test Marks.
