Qualification:
- Must have passed the Plus Two (HSC) Examination.
- Must possess a Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT – One year course) from an institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education.
- Good physical fitness and vision, along with the ability to perform outdoor work.
TN MRB Field Assistant Selection Process 2025
The selection will be purely based on the marks obtained in academic and technical qualifications, with the following weightage:
- Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT): 50% weightage
- HSC / Plus Two: 30% weightage
- SSLC / 10th: 20% weightage
Note: If CMLT marks are not available, selection will be based on SSLC and HSC marks.
TN MRB Field Assistant Salary 2025
The selected candidates will be paid under Pay Level-5 with a salary range of ₹18,200 – ₹67,100 as per the Tamil Nadu Government norms.
