🎓 Educational Qualification
🔹 Accounts Officer & Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Member of ICAI or ICWAI
- Desirable: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
🔹 AEE (Civil) & AM (Infrastructure)
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Desirable: 2 years of related work experience
🔹 AM (Admin), AM (Personnel), APO, Assistant Secretary
- Graduate in any discipline
- Desirable: PG Degree / Diploma in relevant field + 2 years experience
🔹 AM (Traffic – Railways/Shipping), Assistant Traffic Manager
- Graduation in any discipline
- Desirable: 2 years of experience in operations/logistics
🔹 Assistant Estate Manager
- Degree + PG Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Town Planning or Civil Engineering
- Law degree preferred
🧪 Selection Process
1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
o 100 or 110 MCQs depending on post
o 100 to 160 marks
o Duration: 90 to 120 minutes
o Negative marking: ¼ per wrong answer
2. Interview (for select posts) – Based on CBT scores
