🧾 Vacancy Details (Total – 08 Posts)

🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Assistant Manager (Plant & Equipment), HDC

• Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering (4-year course) from a recognized university/institution.

• Desirable: 2 years’ executive experience in relevant field in an Industrial / Commercial / Govt. undertaking.

2. Assistant Manager (Finance), HDC

• Qualification: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWA).

• Desirable: 2 years’ executive experience in Finance/Accounts in an Industrial / Govt. organization.

3. Assistant Manager (Safety), HDC

• Qualification (any one):

  • Degree in Engineering/Technology with 2 years supervisory experience in port/industrial setup.

  • Degree in Physics or Chemistry with 5 years supervisory experience.

  • Diploma in Engineering with 5 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Must also possess a Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the Central Government.

  • Must know the language spoken by majority of workers at the port.

• Alternative qualification: 5 years’ experience under Dock Labourers Act or Safety consultancy/training/research.

4. Sr. Assistant Secretary (Official Language), KDS

• Qualification:

  • M.A. in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level OR

  • B.A. (Hons) in English with a Degree or PG in Hindi.

• Experience: 5 years in Hindi translation, terminological work, teaching, writing, or journalism.

5. Dy. Materials Manager, KDS

• Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• Desirable:

  • PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management.

  • 2 years’ experience in Materials Management in an Industrial / Govt. setup.

💰 Pay Scale & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (IDA Pattern)

• Approx. Gross Emoluments: ₹92,095/- per month (as of Sept 2025)

🧩 Selection Process

1. Online Test (180 marks) – Objective type (2 hours)

   • Technical (subject-related)

   • Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, English

   • Negative marking: ¼ mark per wrong answer

2. Interview (20 marks)

3. Document Verification

Final Merit: Based on total 200 marks (Online Test + Interview).
