GMRC Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

1. CGM/GM (Planning & Design)

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in:
• DPR review, major infra project approvals
• Structural & architectural coordination
• Infrastructure construction
• Total executive experience: 17–23 years

2. CGM/GM (Contracts)

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in:
• Tendering
• Evaluation
• Contract management for large infrastructure projects
• Preferable: Experience with World Bank/ADB/AFD funded projects
• Total experience: 17–23 years

3. Deputy General Manager (Civil–Safety)

• Engineering degree + 1-year full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety
• 8–10 years' experience; 6 years in civil safety for major infra projects

4. Assistant Manager (Civil–Safety)

• Same qualification as DGM
• 5–7 years’ experience; at least 4 years in safety

5. Assistant Manager (Operations)

• Degree in EEE / ECE / Mechanical / Computer / IT
• Experience:
• 7 years in train operations (private sector) OR
• 5 years in Metro/Railway/PSU

6. Senior Supervisor (Operations)

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/IT
• Minimum 6 years as:
• Station Controller / Train Operator / Traffic Controller / Depot Controller
