Short Information : The District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), Bankura has released the official DMMU Bankura Community Auditor Recruitment 2025 Notification for 47 Community Auditor posts. These posts are exclusively for active women SHG members under the Anandadhara/NRLM Programme residing in Bankura District.

The offline application process will begin on 1 December 2025 and continue until 15 December 2025. Eligible candidates must submit their filled application form in the sealed drop-box placed at all BDO Offices across Bankura district.

DMMU Bankura Community Auditor Vacancy 2025

A total of 47 vacancies are released for the post of Community Auditor.

Note: SHG members currently engaged in paid government/Govt-sponsored work or holding PRI portfolios are not eligible.

DMMU Bankura Community Auditor Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification

✔ Higher Secondary (Commerce) OR Graduate in any stream
✔ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet) – desirable
✔ Knowledge of Bookkeeping & Accounting – essential

Age Limit

• Minimum: 25 years
• Maximum: 40 years
• As on 1 December 2025

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Must be a woman SHG member under NRLM for minimum 2 years
• Must have a valid NRLM member code entered in LoKOS
• Must be a resident of Bankura District

DMMU Bankura Community Auditor Selection Process 2025

The selection will be conducted in three stages:

1. Written Test (80 Marks)

• Maths – 20
• Logical Reasoning – 10
• Accounts & Auditing – 30
• GK & Current Affairs – 20
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Minimum qualifying marks: 50%

2. Computer Test (10 Marks)

Only for those scoring 50%+ in Written Exam

3. Interview (10 Marks)

Only for those scoring 50%+ (Written + Computer)

Final Merit (100 Marks)

(80 WR + 10 CT + 10 Interview)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare audit reports & financial statements
• Monthly visit to assigned Sangha Cooperatives
• Upload reports on SRLM portal
• Attend monthly district review meetings
• Provide training to CBO staff & leaders
