🎓 Educational Qualifications
- Scientific Officer (B): BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 60% marks
- Admin Assistant / Clerk: Graduate with 50% marks from a recognized University
- Lab Assistant / Work Assistant / Security Guard: SSC or HSC with 60% marks
- NTC Holder: For trades like Fitter and Welder with 60% from NCVT
- Project Posts: Relevant degree/diploma + experience preferred
