South Indian Bank Recruitment 2025 for Junior Officer (Operations) Posts

The South Indian Bank Ltd., one of India’s premier scheduled commercial banks, has released an official notification for the recruitment of Junior Officer (Operations). The bank invites applications from Indian nationals who meet the eligibility criteria.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online only through the official website between October 15, 2025, and October 22, 2025.

• Any Graduation with minimum 50% marks in a regular stream (SSLC/SSC, HSC, and Graduation in 10+2+3 pattern).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bank/NBFCs/Financial Institutions.

• Designation: Junior Officer (Operations)

• Type: Contractual (initially for 3 years; renewable based on performance)

• Career Progression: High-performing candidates may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I).

• Service Agreement: No mandatory minimum service period.

• Posting Location: Anywhere in India as per the Bank’s requirements. Preference for local language proficiency.

Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana

💰 Salary / Compensation

• Total CTC: ₹4.86 – ₹5.04 lakh per annum (including NPS contribution, insurance premium & variable pay).

• Official Duty Allowances: Travel, halting, and lodging as per norms.

• Insurance Coverage: Group Medical, Group Accident, and Group Life Insurance.

• Increment: Based on annual performance evaluation.

1. Online Test (Remote Proctored Mode)

   • Candidates can appear from home using a desktop/laptop with webcam and stable internet.
