Selection Process for SECL Assistant Foreman Recruitment 2025
The selection will be based on the following steps:
1. Written Test:
o The written test will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
o Each question will carry 1 mark, with no negative marking for incorrect answers.
o General Category: Must score at least 35% of the total marks.
o SC/ST Category: Must score at least 30% of the total marks.
2. Merit List:
o Based on the marks obtained in the written test, a merit list will be prepared. If multiple candidates score the same marks, the merit will be decided by additional criteria mentioned in the official notification.
