🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience
Postman & Mail Guard
- Education: 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of continuous service as a Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS).
- Skills:
- Knowledge of computers.
- Proficiency in Odia language.
- Driving license (mandatory for Postman only) – for two-wheeler or LMV.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Education: No minimum qualification required for GDS.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of service as a GDS.

📌 For MTS: Selection is based on Paper-I marks only
📌 For Postman/Mail Guard: Final selection based on combined marks of Paper-I and II, and qualifying in Paper III & IV.
📝 How to Apply (Offline Mode)
1. Download and print the application form from the official notification (Annexure-I).
2. Fill it in BLOCK letters only.
3. Affix a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Submit the completed form to your Divisional Office / Controlling Unit.
5. The application must reach before 08 August 2025.
