Short Information : The North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) has released the official NEEPCO Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Notification for 98 Apprentice vacancies.
Eligible candidates belonging to North East India can apply online through the NATS or NAPS portal. The last date to apply is 8th November 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Degree, Diploma, or ITI qualifications to gain one-year apprenticeship training at various NEEPCO power stations and establishments across the North Eastern region.

🎓 NEEPCO Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2025

Educational Qualification

·         Graduate Apprentice: Degree in Engineering/Technology (Minimum 40% marks). Passed out in or after March 2024.

·         Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Technology (Minimum 40% marks). Passed out in or after March 2024.

·         General Stream Apprentice: Degree in BA/B.Sc/B.Com (Minimum 35% marks). Passed out in or after March 2024.

·         Trade Apprentice: ITI in relevant trade (Electrician, Lineman, Plumber, etc.).

Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)

·         Minimum Age: 18 Years

·         Maximum Age: 28 Years

·         Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen as per Govt. rules.

🟢 Note: Only residents of North East India are eligible to apply.

Stipend (Monthly Pay)

NEEPCO Apprentice Selection Process 2025

The selection process will be merit-based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam.

·         Step 1: Shortlisting based on academic marks.

·         Step 2: Preference to candidates from the same state where the project/power station is located.

·         Step 3: Final list of selected candidates will be published on www.neepco.co.in and call letters will be sent by email.

How to Apply for NEEPCO Apprentice Recruitment 2025

1.    Graduate / Technician / General Stream Apprentices:
Apply via NATS 2.0 Portal – nats.education.gov.in

2.    ITI Trade Apprentices:
Apply via NAPS Portal – www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in

3.    Register on the respective portal and obtain Enrollment ID.

4.    Search for NEEPCO apprenticeship opportunities using the Advertisement/Opportunity Code.

5.    Complete and submit the online form before 8th November 2025.
