Eligibility Criteria

• Deputy Director (Architect):
  Master’s in Architecture (Urban Design/Conservation/Landscape/Building Engineer) with 5 years’ experience. Must be a member of the Council of Architecture.
  Age Limit: Up to 40 years

• Deputy Director (Public Relation):
  PG Diploma or Degree in Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relation/Advertising with 6 years’ experience in reputed media or public relations.
  Age Limit: Up to 40 years

• Deputy Director (Planning):
  Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering or Master’s in Geography/Sociology/Economics with PG in Town/Urban/Environmental Planning and 5 years’ experience.
  Age Limit: Up to 40 years

• Assistant Director (Planning):
  Bachelor’s in Planning/Architecture/Civil/Municipal Engineering or Master’s in Geography/Sociology/Economics with PG in Urban/Town/Transport Planning.
  Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Assistant Director (Architect):
  Postgraduate qualification in Architecture or related field and Degree in Architecture with COA membership.
  Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Assistant Director (Landscape):
  PG Diploma in Landscape Architecture and Degree in Architecture / Botany / Agriculture / Horticulture with one-year experience.
  Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Assistant Director (System):
  M.E/M.Tech. in Computer Science/IT (60%) OR B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. with 60% and 1 year experience.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil):
  Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
  Age Limit: 21–30 years

• Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical):
  Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  Age Limit: 21–30 years

• Assistant Director (Ministerial):
  MBA or equivalent with specialization in HR, Personnel, IR, Real Estate, Urban Management, Finance or Marketing.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Legal Assistant:
  Degree in Law with 3 years’ experience at Bar.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Planning Assistant:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Architecture.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Architectural Assistant:
  Degree in Architecture.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Programmer:
  B.E./B.Tech. in CS/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc. in CS with 1-year software experience.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Junior Engineer (Civil):
  Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.Tech also eligible).
  Age Limit: 18–27 years (Relaxable for DDA employees)

• Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical):
  Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech also eligible).
  Age Limit: 18–27 years (Relaxable for DDA employees)

• Sectional Officer (Horticulture):
  Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Naib Tehsildar:
  Degree with 50% marks and knowledge of land laws (Law degree desirable).
  Age Limit: 21–30 years

• Junior Translator (Official Language):
  Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with Diploma in Translation or 2 years’ translation experience.
  Age Limit: Up to 30 years

• Assistant Security Officer:
  Bachelor’s Degree with prescribed physical standards and 3 years’ experience in security/firefighting or police/defence service.
  Age Limit: 18–27 years

• Surveyor:
  Diploma/National Trade Certificate in Surveying with 2 years’ experience.
  Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Stenographer Grade ‘D’:
  12th Pass with typing speed 40 w.p.m. (English) / 35 w.p.m. (Hindi) and shorthand skill test.
  Age Limit: 18–30 years

• Patwari:
  Graduate with computer proficiency and Urdu/Hindi knowledge.
  Age Limit: 21–27 years

• Junior Secretariat Assistant:
  12th Pass with typing speed 35 w.p.m. (English) / 30 w.p.m. (Hindi).
  Age Limit: 18–27 years

• Mali:
  10th Pass from recognized Board.
  Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Multi Tasking Staff (Non-Ministerial):
  10th Pass or ITI from recognized Institute.
  Age Limit: 18–27 years

Application Fee and Mode of Remittance (Summary)

• Candidates must pay the prescribed examination fee according to their category.

• UR, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates: ₹2500/- (Non-Refundable)

• SC/ST, PwBD, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen, and Female candidates: ₹1500/- (Refundable)

  • Refund will be made only to candidates who appear in the examination, after deducting applicable bank charges, through the bank details provided in the online application.

• Ex-Servicemen already employed in Government organizations after availing reservation benefits are not eligible for a refund.

• The fee must be paid online only through Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

• Service or transaction charges shall be borne by the candidate.

• Offline payments are not accepted. Applications without the prescribed fee will be rejected.

• Once paid, the fee cannot be adjusted, transferred, or refunded for any other examination or post (except in refundable cases).

Selection Process

Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT) in multiple shifts across December 2025 – January 2026.

Skill Tests/Document Verification: For some posts like Stenographer, JSA, Patwari, etc., skill/typing tests and DV will follow the CBT.

Final selection will be based on merit and fulfilling all eligibility criteria.
