Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Tradesman: 10th Class + ITI in relevant trade with 2 years’ experience in Engineering/Automobile/Ship Repair.
- Seaman: 10th pass with 3 years’ experience in sea-going mechanized vessel.
- Greaser: 10th pass with 3 years’ experience in machinery maintenance of sea-going vessels.
- Senior Store Keeper: 10th pass with 8 years’ experience in Storekeeping/Accounting/Procurement.
Age Limit (as on 15.12.2025)
- Tradesman / Seaman / Greaser: 18–25 years
- Senior Store Keeper: Up to 30 years
- Age relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
- PwBD / Ex-Servicemen – As per Government norms
Selection Process
The selection process for CGST & Customs Group C posts will include the following stages:
1. Written Examination
2. Physical Endurance Test (PET) / Swimming Test (for Seaman & Greaser posts)

4. Medical Examination
