Indian Army SSC (Tech) Selection Process 2026
The selection process consists of three stages:
1. Shortlisting
o Based on engineering degree percentage
2. SSB Interview
o Stage I (Screening)
o Stage II (Psychological Tests, GTO Tasks & Interview)
3. Medical Examination
o As per Indian Army medical standards
Final merit list is prepared stream-wise based on SSB marks.
Indian Army SSC (Tech) Salary & Pay Scale 2026
- Stipend during training: ₹56,100 per month
- Rank after commissioning: Lieutenant
- Pay Level: Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
- Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500 per month
- Annual CTC: Approx. ₹17–18 Lakhs
