📋 Key Responsibilities

This dual-profile position covers both Custom Programmes Marketing and Open Programmes Marketing within Executive Education:

Custom Programmes (B2B Focus)

  • Engage with corporate clients to understand training needs

  • Draft customized proposals (technical & commercial)

  • Coordinate with faculty and admin for program execution

  • Create high-impact marketing collaterals – brochures, case studies, videos

  • Develop MIS, dashboards and track industry trends

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach

Open Programmes (B2C/B2B Focus)

  • Design and implement marketing strategies for short- and long-term programmes

  • Develop engaging digital content and promotional campaigns

  • Analyze past data to optimize performance and conversions

  • Liaise with faculty, HR heads, vendors and internal teams

  • Follow up with leads through calls/emails and ensure successful enrollments

  • Monitor campaign metrics and continuously improve marketing efforts

  • Maintain dashboards and contribute to market research


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA from a reputed institution

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:

    • Sales/Marketing

    • Management Consulting

    • Learning & Development (preferred in reputed organizations)


🧠 Essential Skills

  • Strong marketing planning, research, and communication skills

  • Experience in handling B2B/B2C clients and marketing automation

  • Creative mindset for content creation (videos, text, design)

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Data analysis and dashboard creation (MIS)

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
