🔍 Position-wise Details

1. Academic-Related Research & Planning (Positions: 4)

• Eligibility: Graduate or Postgraduate in Public Administration / Sociology / Literature / Education / Economics / Engineering / M.Ed / Library Science or relevant streams

• Experience: Minimum 4 years post-graduation or 2 years post-postgraduation

• Key Areas: Academic functions, Tribal Research, Library work

• Desirable: Familiarity with NEP 2020, Indian Knowledge Systems, accreditation processes, digital tools for research & libraries

2. Management-Related Functions (Positions: 4)

• Eligibility: Graduate or Postgraduate in Management / Marketing / Sales / Mass Communication / Finance / Commerce / Engineering or relevant fields

• Experience: In financial/commercial tasks, publications, event coordination, international collaboration

• Desirable: Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, event handling, market research

3. Process Design, Evaluation & Administration (Positions: 7)

• Eligibility: Graduate or Postgraduate in Public Policy / Administration / Development Studies / Social Sciences / Management / Statistics / Computer Applications / Engineering or related streams

• Experience: In policy research, proposal writing, data analysis, impact evaluation

• Desirable: Experience in institutional assessment, planning, stakeholder engagement, MIS, policy development

📜 General Eligibility

• Age Limit: Max 28 years as of advertisement date

  • Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwD – 5 yrs

• Language Proficiency: Hindi & English (both mandatory)

• Note: Internship/training experience will not be considered

💰 Remuneration

₹60,000/month (consolidated)

📝 Selection Process

Round 1: Online Application

• Deadline: 8th July 2025

Round 2: Aptitude Test

• Test Centres: Delhi, Bhopal, Kolkata, Bangalore, Jaipur

• Final test location will be confirmed based on applicant preferences and volume

Round 3:

• Includes: Document Verification, Statement of Purpose (written), Group Discussion, Interview

• Mode: In-person at Delhi headquarters

• Notice: Candidates will be informed at least 15 days in advance via email

• Posting is at Delhi HQ; travel to other campuses may be required

• No TA/DA for attending any selection round
